Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Marktoya and to every distance contract and order concluded between trader and consumer. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the consumer via our website.

If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this is explicitly stated in the offer. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or obvious errors in the offer do not bind the trader.

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, Marktoya will immediately confirm receipt of acceptance of the offer electronically.

During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the products offered are not increased.

• VAT: All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT.
• Shipping costs: Any shipping costs are clearly communicated before completing the order.
• Payment methods: Payment is made via a secure Stripe payment page (card, iDEAL and other methods). After placing your order you are redirected to Stripe to pay the amount. Your order is processed as soon as payment has been received. The consumer is obliged to immediately report any inaccuracies in payment details provided or stated to Marktoya.

When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons for 30 days. This cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer. During the cooling-off period the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. Marktoya will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and carrying out orders for products. The company delivers accepted orders with due speed, but no later than within 30 days, unless another delivery period has been agreed. Marktoya guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability. The consumer is entitled to the statutory warranty. Selected technical products also carry a manufacturer's warranty.

Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to Marktoya fully and clearly described within a reasonable time. We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.

Dutch law applies exclusively to agreements between Marktoya and the consumer. EU consumers can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
