Shipping Policy
We ship within the United Kingdom. Below you can read everything about delivery times, shipping costs and track & trace — the same conditions apply at checkout, on product pages and in our Google Shopping feed.
1. Processing time and delivery time
We aim for fast delivery within the UK. Our guidelines:
- Order cut-off: 22:00 (UK time) on working days
- Processing: 0–1 working days (Mon–Fri); orders before 22:00 are usually processed the same day
- Delivery time: 1–2 working days (Mon–Sat), depending on carrier and region
Example: ordered Monday before 22:00 → usually delivered Tuesday or Wednesday. During peak periods this may vary. You always receive track & trace as soon as the parcel has shipped.
2. Shipping costs and destinations
We deliver within the United Kingdom only (mainland). This matches our checkout, shipping cost calculation and Google Merchant Center feed.
- Orders of £42.50 or more: free shipping
- Orders below £42.50: £5.06 shipping
3. Shipping large products (pallet shipments)
Heavy products (home batteries, heat pumps, pallet goods) are delivered by appointment via freight transport. Allow 2–5 working days. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery slot.
4. Track & trace
After shipping you receive an email with track & trace, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
5. Not at home for delivery?
Not at home? Where possible the parcel is delivered to a neighbour or a pickup point. This does not apply to pallet shipments.
