Returns Policy
At Marktoya we aim for 100% satisfaction. Not entirely happy with your purchase? You can return it within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions.
1. Cooling-off period & Return window (30 Days)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. From the moment of cancellation you have a further 14 days to actually return the product.
To make your return run smoothly, we ask you to register it first by sending an email to contact@marktoya.nl.

2. Conditions for returns
To qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned unused and, where reasonably possible, in its original and undamaged packaging.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this loss in value of the product.
3. Exceptions
Some products cannot be returned. These include:
- Products made to measure or to your specifications.
- Items that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and whose seal has been broken.
- Installed solar panels or inverters (unless defective on arrival).
4. Return costs
The costs of returning your order to our warehouse in the Netherlands are at your own expense. This is usually around £6.00 for a standard parcel. For large parcels (such as home batteries) the return costs are higher.
Please note: if we have delivered an incorrect or defective product, we will of course cover the return costs in full.
5. Refund period
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If the return is approved, we will refund the order amount due, including any original shipping costs, within 14 days of registering your return to the account you paid with.
