Ordering & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
You pay via a secure Stripe payment page. After placing your order you are redirected to Stripe to pay by card, iDEAL or another method. As soon as we receive payment, we confirm your order by email.
Do all prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices shown always include VAT, so there are no surprises at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping within the UK over £42.50. Below that amount we charge £5.06 — the same amount as at checkout and in our product feed.
When will I receive my order?
Order on working days before 22:00: we usually process your order the same day. Delivery within the UK typically takes 1–2 working days. Large items are delivered by appointment.
Returns & Warranty
How can I return an item?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. Contact our customer service to request a return label. Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product was delivered defective.
Do my products come with a warranty?
Absolutely. We offer at least 2 years of statutory manufacturer's warranty on all electronics. Some home batteries and solar panels even come with 10 to 25 years of performance warranty.
