As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can follow the shipment live.
How can I return something?
You have a 30-day cooling-off period. Register your return by emailing our customer service and we will send you a return label.
What is the delivery time?
For most products: ordered before 22:00 on working days, usually delivered within 1–2 working days in the UK. You receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace.
